The seller is Firas Sghairi, acting personally under the HostWorkflow name from Tunisia. The Host Message Playbook is a €29 EUR one-time digital purchase. It is not a subscription, app, chatbot, property-management system, or automatic messaging service.
What is included
The bundle contains the Host Message Playbook PDF, Editable Message Library, Welcome Book Template, and Turnover Operations Checklist. It covers 132 coded guest scenarios plus two escalation flows and contains 390 message variants.
Your responsibility
Every template is a starting point. You must replace placeholders and verify the facts, booking terms, platform rules, local requirements, safety context, and appropriate professional advice before sending it. The materials are general communication resources—not legal, insurance, safety, tax, or platform-policy advice.
Licence
Your purchase provides a limited operational-use licence; it does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. The permitted and prohibited uses are set out on the Digital Product Licence page.
Price, delivery, and payment
The displayed price is €29 EUR as a one-time purchase. Polar provides the checkout, payment, receipt or invoice, customer portal, and private digital delivery experience as Merchant of Record. Refund review
Refund requests made within seven days are reviewed for a duplicate purchase, an unresolved access failure, or a material mismatch between the product and its description. An unrestricted change-of-mind refund is not promised after successful access or download. Statutory rights and Polar buyer terms remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and delivery links available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. HostWorkflow may correct errors or update these terms prospectively. A material change does not reduce rights attached to a completed purchase.

HostWorkflow is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb, Booking.com, Pinterest, or another booking platform. Platform names are used only where needed to describe a hosting context.
