Permitted use
The purchaser may use and customize the resources within their own short-term-rental hosting or property-management operation. Employees, assistants, or co-hosts working under that same operation may use the customized materials for properties the purchaser personally owns or manages.
Not permitted
- Reselling the files or redistributing the source files.
- Publishing the templates as your own product or uploading them to a template marketplace.
- Sharing the files with unrelated businesses.
- Using the materials to create a competing template product.
- Providing public download access.
Ownership
The purchase grants the limited use rights above. It does not assign copyright, trademarks, source ownership, or other intellectual-property rights.
Responsibility for customization
The purchaser remains responsible for checking placeholders, facts, booking terms, platform rules, local requirements, and safety or legal implications before using a message.
